Online wellbeing

Working together, we can implement ideas to refresh how you spend your time online. Whether through strategies focusing on how you spend your time on social media, or the impact the online world has on your physical and mental wellbeing. We can work together to develop and review your individual needs to make your time online a more positive experience.


Social media

From learning about how your children can stay safe using social media, to understanding the latest apps and trends and the potential risks they can pose, we can discuss either your own, or your child's, use of social media and its impact around online safety.


Staying safe online

We can discuss hints and tips for you and your family staying safe online. We can look at areas such as privacy and location settings, what you share on social media platforms, the risks around online gaming and messaging, and the use of devices for children and young adults.


Practical help and advice, for example:

  • Do you have concerns over certain apps or are you looking for practical cyber security advice?
  • Maybe your child is getting their first phone, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and would like help with what to do?
  • Is your child being bullied online and you are looking for some bespoke practical advice around online bullying and what to do next?
  • Has your child just started online gaming and you're looking for some advice and support around gaming platforms?
  • Are you feeling overwhelmed with social media and need someone to talk to about it?


I usually offer virtual consultations using Zoom but would be happy to discuss other options.
