Online safety support is a practical and educational service. It is separate from my counselling work and is not therapy, IT support or cybersecurity consultancy.

My role is to help you understand digital risks, explore safer options and build your confidence when navigating the online world. You remain in control of your own accounts, devices and decisions.

What I can help with

I can provide guidance around areas such as:

• Privacy and security settings
• Social media and online relationships
• Recognising scams and online fraud
• Account security and password safety
• Digital wellbeing
• Online gaming and communities
• Cyberbullying and harmful online behaviour
• Supporting children and young people online
• Helping family members feel more confident and safer online

What I won't ask you to do

For your privacy and security, I will never ask you to give me your passwords, PINs, security codes or other confidential login information.

I don't need access to your accounts or devices in order to provide online safety guidance.

What this service is — and isn't

Online safety support is designed to provide practical information, guidance and education to help you make informed decisions about online safety.

It is not counselling or therapy, IT support, or cybersecurity consultancy.

Counselling and online safety support are separate services with different purposes, boundaries and records.
