Practical guidance for navigating the digital world with greater confidence
The online world is part of everyday life, but knowing how to stay safe can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming.
I provide practical, straightforward online safety support to help you understand digital risks, make informed decisions and feel more confident using technology.
Whether you're concerned about your own online safety, supporting a family member, or simply want to improve your digital habits, we can focus on the things that matter most to you.
Understanding privacy, security and safer ways to use websites, apps and social media.
Building confidence in spotting scams, manipulation, harmful content and other digital risks.
Practical guidance for parents, carers, families and others who want to help someone stay safer online.

Online safety support is practical and educational. It is separate from my counselling service and is not therapy, IT support or cybersecurity consultancy.
My role is to help you understand digital risks, explore safer options and build your confidence. You remain in control of your own accounts, devices and decisions.
I will never ask you to give me your passwords, PINs, security codes or other confidential login information.
Online safety sessions are practical and tailored to what you would like help with. We can focus on a particular concern, explore safer ways of using technology, or help you feel more confident navigating the online world.
Sessions can be offered as one-off practical support, or we can discuss whether further sessions would be helpful.

Sometimes an online experience or digital issue can have an emotional impact. Where appropriate, we may agree that a separate online safety session would be helpful alongside counselling.
The two services remain clearly separated. Online safety sessions are practical and educational, while counselling provides a confidential therapeutic space for exploring thoughts, feelings and experiences.
Each service has its own agreement, boundaries and records.
You don't need to be particularly technical to benefit from online safety support. You may simply have a concern, a question or something online that you don't feel confident dealing with.
If you're unsure whether I can help, you're welcome to get in touch and tell me a little about what you're looking for.
